Hi, I'm Savannah Jardine! I am a certified pediatric sleep consultant who is dedicated to helping families achieve restful nights and sunny days. I'm here to help you take the guess work out of better baby sleep AND to help you feel confident in the customized sleep plan you choose. I whole-heartedly believe that a good night's sleep is essential for a happy and healthy life, so I am committed to helping you get the rest you deserve. I got my Bachelor's Degree in Child & Human Development, am a mother of three, and am trained to help you with all of your sleep needs from the newborn stage through toddlerhood.

Savannah saved my sanity, truly. My baby is 9 months old so I was skeptical that we'd be successful at this point but it's been one week since we started sleep training and my very head-strong baby who was waking up at least once a night, sometimes two or three, has been sleeping through the night (12 hours!!) for the last 4 or 5 nights! I am both shocked and elated. Savannah was so knowledgeable, kind, and encouraging and her expertise is evident in our success. If her coaching worked for us, it can work for anybody!

H***** has been doing awesome! There was about 5 days after we spoke that he got sick and couldn’t breath very well so that effected his sleeping but once he recovered and we figured out a better nap schedule like we discussed he has been back to getting 7-8 hours a night again! Thank you x10000!!

My sanity has been restored! My poor mental health and anxiety around my son's sleep is also starting to subside all thanks to Savannah and her methods. I honestly never thought my son would be able to sleep on his own in his crib during the day for his naps - but he is! I went from having to contact nap and being nap trapped all day to finally having some free time! I was initially concerned about sleep training and allowing baby to "cry it out", but it works.Plus, Savannah has a modified cry it out method that truly made me feel better about the whole thing. And my baby is doing just fine! In fact, he is better rested and a VERY happy boy! I highly recommend Savannah :)
